Today I shall discuss some fun elements of Internship Program which are so valuable yet at the same time very entertaining and empowering.

1) Shadowing a Specialist: When you are interning, you have the chance to work with some of the Specialist of that domain and you can learn from shadowing them and helping them. This gives a chance to create a bond which can help your manifolds.
2) Network with Amazing People: In the Corporate world, Leaders have a fun side too. Some of them join the gym, some of them run the marathons and some of the party. If you present yourself well and show respect, you have the chance to connect with them at a personal level too and this gives you the opportunity to grow multifold.
3) Entrepreneur skills: Startup excites everyone but not many institutes train on starting your own business. If you intern at the Startup, you get exposure to all the Preparation and excitement which happens and that is an exposure you cannot buy with any amount of money.
4) Trekking and Team Building Events: Lot of organization encourage their employees to participate in a team building event be it river rafting, trekking or jungle safari.
5) Clubs: Some of the Organization even have clubs or association of employees, ex-employees etc and that can be fun to hear stories of their experience from challenges faced and learn from them.
